Southeastern Duplin County in eastern North Carolina... * Until 245 PM EDT. * At 202 PM EDT, a tornado producing storm was located near Chinquapin, or 10 miles northeast of Wallace, moving northeast at 35 mph. HAZARD...Damaging tornado. SOURCE...Radar confirmed tornado. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. * This tornadic storm will be near... Beulaville around 210 PM EDT. Potters Hill around 215 PM EDT. Pleasant Hill around 235 PM EDT. Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Lyman, Pink Hill, Greenevers, Hargetts Crossroads, and Sarecta.
