Terms of use
AreaZine is owned by Kiznis Studio. Using the site means accepting these terms; they do not limit any right the law where you live gives you.

What AreaZine is
A record of official warnings and notices, published for general reference. It is not a warning service, not advice, and not affiliated with the National Weather Service, FEMA, the USGS, Environment and Climate Change Canada, the Environment Agency, the NSW Rural Fire Service, the Bureau of Meteorology or any recall agency. When a warning is in force, follow the agency and your local emergency services.
Reusing the data
The counts and tables AreaZine computes may be reused under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence, with a link to the page. The agencies' records keep their own terms; the agencies' messages quoted on notice pages are theirs. Automated reading of the site is welcome at a polite rate; do not try to get around security or rate limits.
Advertising
Ads are served by Google AdSense. AreaZine does not endorse the advertisers.
Liability
The site is provided as is, to the fullest extent the law allows. We check the records we publish, but an agency can change a notice after we record it, and a feed can be late or incomplete.
