Alert Details
The National Weather Service (NWS) Baltimore MD/Washington DC has issued a Winter Storm Warning for portions of Maryland and Virginia. The alert is effective from 3:00 PM Sunday, February 22, through 10:00 AM EST Monday, February 23.

- Maryland: Frederick and Northwest Montgomery counties.
- Virginia: Western Loudoun and Eastern Loudoun counties.
