Apalachee Bay or Coastal Waters From Keaton Beach to Ochlockonee River FL out to 20 Nm; Coastal Waters From Ochlockonee River to Apalachicola FL out to 20 Nm. Locations impacted include Marker 24 Barge.

What You Should Do

Frequent lightning is occurring with this storm. If caught on the open water stay below deck if possible, keep away from ungrounded metal objects. Make sure all on board are wearing life jackets.

Expected Conditions

At 2:25 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 17 nm northwest of K Tower, moving east at 10 knots. Hazard: Wind gusts to 40 knots. Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots, suddenly higher waves, frequent lightning, and heavy downpours.
