Affected Areas
West Central Monroe County and Noble County in east central Ohio. Specific locations include Caldwell, Dudley, Belle Valley, Sarahsville, Dexter City, Stafford, Harriettsville and Wolf Run State Park. Duck Creek at Macksburg is flooding and backing up into low areas of Noble County.

Expected Conditions
Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. At 4:43 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms, with flooding already occurring.
