What You Should Do

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.

Expected Conditions

Minor flooding is forecast. At 22.0 feet (flood stage), farmland flooding and rural damages begin. At 23.0 feet, moderate flooding begins with extensive cropland flooded below the gauge near the LaGrange Lock Road bridge. At 8:45 AM CDT the stage was 21.6 feet. The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this afternoon to a crest of 22.8 feet tomorrow morning.
