Alert Details
The National Weather Service in Springfield, MO, has issued a Flood Warning for portions of south central Missouri. The alert was issued at 7:28 AM CST on Saturday, March 7, and is scheduled to remain in effect until 3:00 PM CST this afternoon. This warning replaces a previous flood advisory for the region.
Affected Areas
The warning covers Dent and Texas counties. Specific locations expected to experience flooding include Salem, Mountain Grove, Houston, Licking, Cabool, Raymondville, Huggins, Montauk, Prescott, Darien, Jadwin, Bucyrus, Solo, Success, Howes, Simmons, Bangert, Stone Hill, Bendavis, Sligo, Howes Mill, Boss, Montauk State Park, and Ozark National Scenic Riverways.
