Alert Details
The National Weather Service in New Orleans has issued a Flash Flood Warning for West Central St. Tammany Parish in southeastern Louisiana. The alert was triggered by Doppler radar indicating thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area.
Affected Areas
The warning covers West Central St. Tammany Parish. Specific locations that will experience flash flooding include:

- Covington
- Abita Springs
- Madisonville
- Interstate 12 between mile markers 59 and 70
