Affected Areas
Southwestern Hickory County in central Missouri, Northern Polk County in southwestern Missouri, Southeastern St. Clair County in west central Missouri. Specific locations include Humansville, Weaubleau, Wheatland, Pittsburg, Polk, Collins, Flemington, Vista, Gerster, Elkton, Nemo, Pomme de Terre Lake, Truman Lake and Pomme De Terre State Park. Low water crossings mentioned: Ingalls Creek at Highway HH, Weaubleau Creek at 350 Road, Hogles Creek at County Road 86, Weaubleau Creek at Highway V and Brush Creek at 1200 Road.

Expected Conditions
At 10:17 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Hazard is flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. Impact includes flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
