Affected Areas
Eastern Haskell County in west central Texas. Western Throckmorton County in west central Texas. Specific locations include Stamford, Irby, Millers Creek Reservoir, Lake Stamford Marina, The Intersection Of Us-380 And Highway 222, Us-277 Near The Haskell-Knox County Line and Us-183 Near The Throckmorton-Baylor County Line. Low Water Crossings: Loop Road crossing Paint Creek, County Road 274 crossing Brushy Creek, crossings along County Road 247 and County Road 279 crossing North Paint Creek.

Expected Conditions
At 1217 AM CDT, Radar indicated numerous showers and thunderstorms with very heavy rain repeatedly tracking north across the area. Radar estimates that 2 to 4 inches has occurred across the warned area, and an additional 1 to 2 inches is expected with localized higher amounts. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Hazard: Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding.
