What Happened

Farber Specialty Vehicles (Farber Specialty) is recalling certain Farber vehicles equipped with certain S-Series and K-Series wheelchair platform lifts. The electrical contactor may fail, preventing the controls from stopping the lift.

Farber Specialty will work with Ricon to correct the wiring by installing two diodes, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed October 1, 2026. Owners may contact Farber customer service at 1-800-331-3188.
