Every article passes through an automated validation pipeline that cross-checks key facts against the originating agency notice before publication, we publish corrections within 48 hours of any factual flag, and we accept no payment, sponsorship, or promoted placement from the entities we cover.

areazine is a data-journalism publisher tracking official safety alerts across 4,640 U.S. cities and four countries. According to our published standards, we compile public datasets from agencies such as the Consumer Product Safety Commission and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, verify each release against its official source notice, and present it in plain language.
