The National Weather Service in Sacramento CA has issued a Red Flag Warning. * AFFECTED AREA...Portions of the Sacramento Valley and adjacent foothills * TIMING...From 7 AM Sunday to 5 AM PDT Monday. * WINDS...North to northeast winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 30-40 mph. Strongest winds expected Sunday morning. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Relative Humidity between 15 to 25 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
