Minor flooding is occurring and forecast. At 5:15 AM CDT the stage was 14.3 feet. The river is expected to rise to a crest of 14.7 feet late this morning. Flood stage is 14.0 feet. At 14.0 feet, water begins to overflow into wooded areas along the river from New Harmony Road westward to Laird Road.
