For the Shoal River...including Crestview...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Shoal River near Crestview. * WHEN...From Monday evening to late Thursday night. * IMPACTS...At 8.5 feet, Water in yards on Sowel Road. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:15 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 4.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow evening to a crest of 8.9 feet early Tuesday afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late Thursday evening. - Flood stage is 8.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
