East central Wayne County in northeastern Pennsylvania... * Until 315 PM EDT. * At 228 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located over White Sulphur Springs, or near Liberty, moving northeast at 25 mph. Another severe thunderstorm to the southwest, near Milanville, is also showing rotation. HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. * This dangerous storm will be near... Liberty, Parksville, and Livingston Manor around 235 PM EDT. Willowemoc around 240 PM EDT.
