TORPBZ The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh has issued a * Tornado Warning for... Southeastern Muskingum County in east central Ohio... Southwestern Noble County in east central Ohio... * Until 400 PM EDT. * At 330 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located 12 miles south of New Concord, or 15 miles southeast of Zanesville, moving east at 40 mph. HAZARD...Tornado and ping pong ball size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. * Locations impacted include... Caldwell, Dudley, Belle Valley, Sarahsville, High Hill, Ruraldale, Wolf Run State Park and Blue Rock State Park.

What the agency told people to do

Move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a well-built building away from windows. If you are outdoors, in a mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter and protect yourself from flying debris.
