TORTAE The National Weather Service in Tallahassee has issued a * Tornado Warning for... West central Lafayette County in Big Bend Florida... Northeastern Taylor County in Big Bend Florida... * Until 200 PM EDT. * At 130 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located 11 miles south of Perry, moving northeast at 35 mph. HAZARD...Tornado. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. * This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of west central Lafayette and northeastern Taylor Counties, including the following locations... Pinland, Athena, Fenholloway, and Smith.
