Central Sullivan County in central New York... * Until 715 PM EDT. * At 646 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located near Peabrook, or 18 miles northwest of Liberty, moving southeast at 45 mph. HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. * This dangerous storm will be near... White Sulphur Springs and Livingston Manor around 700 PM EDT. Liberty, Parksville, and Swan Lake around 705 PM EDT. Hurleyville and Loch Sheldrake around 710 PM EDT. Neversink around 715 PM EDT.
