Locations include Gallia, Gallopolis Ferry, Crown City, Gage, Adamsville, Pedro, Centerpoint, Waterloo, Ashton, and Aid.

Expected Conditions
At 6:02 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located near South Webster, or 9 miles east of Wheelersburg, moving east at 65 mph. Radar indicated rotation. Max hail size up to 0.75 inches. Hazard: Tornado. Impact: Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely.
