Affected Areas
Southeastern Lancaster County and southeastern York County in south central Pennsylvania. Locations impacted include Sunnyburn, Holtwood, Wakefield, Buck, Peach Bottom, Little Britain, Airville, and Susquehanna Trails. Route 222 from the Maryland Border to Quarryville.

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter and protect yourself from flying debris. Heavy rainfall may hide this tornado. Do not wait to see or hear the tornado. Torrential rainfall is occurring and may lead to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
Expected Conditions
At 8:53 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located over Sunnyburn, moving east at 35 mph. Hazard includes tornado and ping pong ball size hail (1.50 inches). Radar indicated rotation. Impact includes flying debris, damage to mobile homes, roofs, windows, vehicles, and trees.
