Southeastern Saginaw County in southeastern Michigan... * Until 1245 AM EDT. * At 1156 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located 7 miles east of St. Charles, moving east at 40 mph. HAZARD...Tornado. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. * This dangerous storm will be near... Birch Run and Bridgeport around 1200 AM EDT. Frankenmuth around 1205 AM EDT. Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Shiawassee National Wildlife Refuge, Burt, Gera, and Fosters. This includes I-75 between mile markers 134 and 146.
