Northeastern Shiawassee County in southeastern Michigan... * Until 115 PM EDT. * At 1234 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located over Oakley, or near Chesaning, moving northeast at 15 mph. HAZARD...Tornado. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. * This dangerous storm will be near... Chesaning and Oakley around 1240 PM EDT. New Lothrop around 1250 PM EDT. Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Layton Corners and Burt.
