Northwestern Kit Carson County in east central Colorado. At 5:46 PM MDT, the storm was located 5 miles southeast of Thurman, or 17 miles north of Flagler, moving southeast at 20 mph. This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas.
