TORGLD The National Weather Service in Goodland has issued a * Tornado Warning for... Northwestern Kit Carson County in east central Colorado... * Until 630 PM MDT. * At 546 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located 5 miles southeast of Thurman, or 17 miles north of Flagler, moving southeast at 20 mph. HAZARD...Tornado and ping pong ball size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. * This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of northwestern Kit Carson County.
