Northwestern Cass County in west central Missouri... * Until 915 PM CDT. * At 838 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located near Louisburg, moving east at 30 mph. HAZARD...Tornado and half dollar size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. * Locations impacted include... Raymore, Peculiar, Louisburg, Cleveland, Freeman, Lake Annette, West Line, Chiles, and Bucyrus. This includes Interstate 49 between mile markers 163 and 170.
