West central Harrison County in southern Mississippi and east central Hancock County in southern Mississippi. The storm was located near Kiln or near Diamondhead at issuance.

Impact includes flying debris dangerous to those without shelter, damage to mobile homes, roofs, windows, vehicles, and likely tree damage.
