Jasper County in southeastern Illinois... * Until 430 PM CDT. * At 350 PM CDT, a confirmed tornado was located near Bogota, or 11 miles southwest of Newton, moving northeast at 40 mph. HAZARD...Damaging tornado. SOURCE...Emergency management confirmed tornado. At 3:47 PM, a tornado was reported near Ingraham. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. * The tornado will be near... Bogota around 355 PM CDT. Newton around 400 PM CDT. Willow Hill around 410 PM CDT. This also includes Newton Lake State Fish and Wildlife Area and Sam Parr State Fish and Wildlife Area.
