Central St. Tammany Parish in southeastern Louisiana, including Mandeville and Lacombe. This includes Interstate 12 between mile markers 66 and 75.

Expected Conditions
At 4:56 AM CDT, a thunderstorm capable of producing a waterspout was located just offshore near Mandeville, moving northeast at 30 mph. Radar indicated a waterspout moving onshore. Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely.
