The warning covers Central Jefferson County in south central Illinois. The storm was located near Woodlawn, or 9 miles west of Mount Vernon, moving east at 35 mph. It will be near Mount Vernon and Woodlawn around 6:45 PM CDT and Bluford around 7:00 PM CDT. Other locations impacted include Belle Rive and Waltonville. Highways affected are Interstate 57 in Illinois between Mile Markers 87 and 100, and Interstate 64 in Illinois between Mile Markers 63 and 90.
