Alert Details
A Tornado Warning has been issued by the National Weather Service in Gaylord MI. The alert is effective from June 10 at 9:00 PM EDT until June 10 at 9:30 PM EDT.
Affected Areas
The warning covers southwestern Alcona County and southeastern Oscoda County in northern Michigan. The storm was located over Mack Lake, or 8 miles southeast of Mio, and will be near McKinley and Curtisville around 905 PM EDT and Curran around 915 PM EDT. Other impacted locations include Milen Township.

A severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado is moving northeast at 45 mph. Hazards include a tornado with radar indicated rotation. Impacts include flying debris dangerous to those without shelter, damage or destruction to mobile homes, damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles, and likely tree damage. Maximum hail size is up to .75 inches.
