Southwestern Minnehaha County in southeastern South Dakota and southeastern McCook County in southeastern South Dakota. The storm was located over Lake Vermillion State Recreation Area, moving east at 15 mph, and will be near Lake Vermillion State Recreation Area and Humboldt around 710 PM CDT.
