HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots and small hail. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include... Western Vermilion, Huron, Avon Point, Cleveland, Lorain Harbor, and Vermilion.
