Strong thunderstorms will be near Smith Point and Northern Neck Reef around 12:45 AM EDT, Tangier Island around 1:05 AM EDT, Watts Island and Crisfield around 1:15 AM EDT, Anglers Reef around 1:20 AM EDT, and Onancock Inlet and Lower Bernard Island around 1:30 AM EDT.
