Locations impacted include Overfalls Shoal, Fenwick Island, Slaughter Beach, Cape Henlopen, Rehoboth Beach, Bethany Beach, Delaware Lightship Buoy 44009, Buoy 2ms, and Indian River Inlet Bridge.

At 1:22 AM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 11 nm southwest of Bowers Beach to 14 nm southwest of Slaughter Beach to 20 nm northeast of Bivalve, moving east at 35 knots. Hazard: Wind gusts 34 knots or greater. Impact: Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves.
