Coastal waters from South Santee River to Edisto Beach SC out 20 NM; waters from South Santee River SC to Edisto Beach SC extending from 20 to 60 NM. Locations impacted include Cape Romain Reef.

A strong thunderstorm was located 7 NM southeast of Cape Romain Reef, moving southeast at 15 knots. Hazard includes wind gusts to 40 knots. Max hail size up to 0.75 inches. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves.
