Biscayne Bay; Coastal waters from Deerfield Beach to Ocean Reef FL out 20 NM; Waters from Deerfield Beach to Ocean Reef FL from 20 to 60 NM excluding the territorial waters of Bahamas. Locations impacted include Key Biscayne.
