A Flood Warning has been issued by the National Weather Service (NWS) Quad Cities IA IL. It is effective starting from the time of issuance on April 17, 2026, at 11:21 AM CDT.

The warning affects Muscatine and Scott counties in Iowa, and Rock Island County in Illinois, specifically along the Mississippi River at Rock Island LD15 and Ill. City LD16.

Expected Conditions
Moderate flooding is forecast. The river stage at Rock Island LD15 is currently at 13.7 feet and is expected to rise above the 15.0-foot flood stage early Tuesday morning, reaching 16.1 feet by Friday, April 24. At 16.0 feet, water will affect sidewalks at Le Claire Park, Credit Island Lane, and Moline's River Drive in the 4700 block.
