Northwestern Lancaster County and southeastern Lebanon County in south central Pennsylvania. Specific locations include Manheim, Cornwall, Brickerville, Schaefferstown, Quentin, Timber Hills, Mount Gretna Heights, Kleinfeltersville, Lawn, Schoeneck, Penryn and Mount Gretna.

What You Should Do

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.

Expected Conditions

Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen with additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch possible. Lingering flooding is ongoing in the warned area.
