The warning affects Des Moines, IA; Lee, IA; Hancock, IL; and Henderson, IL, specifically along the Mississippi River at Burlington and Gladstone LD18.

Expected Conditions
Minor flooding is forecast. At Burlington, the river is at 14.8 feet and expected to rise above the 15.0-foot flood stage to a crest of 15.1 feet. Additional rainfall may result in a longer and higher crest.
