Flash Flood Warning issued by NWS Albuquerque NM. Effective from June 2 at 5:40 PM MDT until June 2 at 8:45 PM MDT. Severity: Severe. Certainty: Likely. Urgency: Immediate.
Affected Areas
East Central Quay County in east central New Mexico, including San Jon and Bard. Interstate 40 between Mile Markers 356 and 373. Creeks mentioned: Arroyo Saladito, Arroyo del Puerto, San Jon Creek, Martha Creek, and Trujillo Creek.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Avoid localized and distant heavy rainfall that will create sudden and dangerous flows in arroyos and over low water crossings.
