* WHAT...Northeast winds 30 to 40 kt with gusts up to 60 kt and seas 12 to 17 ft. * WHERE...All of the sounds and open Gulf waters east of the Mississippi River. * WHEN...Tropical Storm force winds possible until early Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...Hurricane force winds and hazardous seas will capsize or damage vessels and severely reduce visibility.
