Shoal River near Mossy Head (CR 1087) affecting Walton County. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Shoal River near Mossy Head (CR 1087). * WHEN...Until Sunday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Numerous residences along Planation Lane are flooded at this level. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:15 PM CDT Friday the stage was 11.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this evening to a crest of 19.9 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early Sunday morning. - Flood stage is 14.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 19.9 feet on 05/02/2005. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
