For the Shoal River...including Crestview...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Shoal River near Crestview. * WHEN...Until Tuesday evening. * IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Residential flooding in the Trevor Court area. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:15 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 9.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 14.5 feet tomorrow evening. It will then fall below flood stage early Tuesday afternoon. - Flood stage is 8.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas.
