Ochlockonee River near Thomasville (US 84) affecting Grady and Thomas Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Ochlockonee River near Thomasville (US 84). * WHEN...From this evening to Tuesday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Multiple access roads to boat ramps throughout the basin are flooded. Widespread flooding of wooded bottomland and adjacent farmland occurs. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:45 AM EDT Saturday the stage was 10.6 feet. - Bankfull stage is 9.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 15.8 feet Monday morning. It will then fall below flood stage late Tuesday morning. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 15.8 feet on 01/23/2017. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
