...The Flood Warning is extended for the following river in Alabama...Florida... Perdido River Near Barrineau Park affecting Escambia and Baldwin Counties. For the Perdido River...including Barrineau Park...Minor flooding is forecast. Additional information is available at www.weather.gov/mob. Click on the Rivers and Lakes menu for forecasts and observations. The next statement will be issued when updates occur. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Perdido River near Barrineau Park. * WHEN...From Saturday morning to late Sunday night. * IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, water begins to flood roadway east of the bridge. At 14.0 feet, water begins to flood bridge roadway and Florida side of bridge. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 2.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late Saturday morning to a crest of 15.6 feet Saturday evening.
