Riverside County in southern California... * Until 830 AM MST /830 AM PDT/. * At 559 AM MST /559 AM PDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1.25 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Blythe, Nicholls Warm Springs, Palo Verde, Blythe Airport, Ripley and East Blythe.
