The notice as issued

Freezing temperatures with frost are expected tonight. Areas of frost are expected. Locations: Portions of southern Saskatchewan and southwestern Manitoba. Minimum temperatures: -1 to +2 (coolest in low-lying areas). Time span: early Thursday morning. Remarks: Patchy frost is expected to form as clear skies and light winds coincide with cool temperatures, especially in low-lying areas. Damage to plants, trees, and crops is possible. Frost advisories are issued when widespread frost or freezing temperatures are expected during the growing season. Please continue to monitor alerts and forecasts issued by Environment Canada.
