For the Small Craft Advisory, East winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt. * WHERE...Coastal waters from Suwannee River to Keaton Beach FL out 20 NM. * WHEN...For the Tropical Storm Watch, Tropical Storm force winds possible from Friday morning until early Saturday morning. For the Small Craft Advisory, until 8 AM EDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Very strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
