* WHAT...Southwest tropical storm force wind to 45 kt with gusts to 60 kt and seas 14 to 20 feet. * WHERE...Tinian and Saipan Coastal Waters. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...Very strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Typhoon Choi-wan (26W) continues to strengthen as it turns north-northeast near the northern Marianas west of Pagan, with tropical storm force winds continuing at Saipan. Hazardous seas continue.
