* WHAT...Southwest winds to 35 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and seas 13 to 16 feet. * WHERE...Tinian Coastal Waters and Saipan Coastal Waters. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...Very strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Typhoon Choi-wan (26W) will continue strengthening as it moves northeast away from the Marianas, keeping Tinian and Saipan within the tropical storm-force winds.
